The present invention relates to a concrete structure for a subway and a rail construction structure using the same which is applied to a low depth. According to the present invention, the rail construction structure includes: a concrete structure for a subway in which concrete is cured by using a mold and which comprises a roof (3), walls (5), and a bottom plate (7) and has open both ends thereof to provide a tunnel (T), wherein the bottom plate (7) having a pair of rail grooves (11) formed thereon in order for a railway vehicle rail (13) to be inserted into the bottom plate (7); a rail (13) located on the bottom surfaces of the rail grooves (11); and an elastic filler (15) filled in the rail grooves (11) to fix the rail (13) to the inside of the rail grooves (11). |
