The mat (1) has a tarpaulin (4) arranged over an resilient foam material body (2), and a sheet-type holding unit (3) fixed at edge area of the foam material body. An attaching unit is detachably fixed at the holding unit and connected with the tarpaulin. The holding unit is adhered with the foam material body and designed of a needle felt. The holding unit is folded along edge of the foam material body, and the attaching unit is designed as a Velcro(RTM: Hook and loop fastener) strip. The tarpaulin is adapted to contour of the foam material body. |
