<p>According to the present invention, a coating material for a front surface of an inkjet printhead includes an oleophobic and waterproof material, has high thermal stability, and maintains a proper contact angle and a proper tumble angle. Especially, the coating material includes fluorinated silicon. The coating material is composed of cross-linked dimethyl methyl trifluoropropyl siloxane polymer and has high thermal stability whereby less than 15 wt% of the coating material is lost when the coating material is heated 290°C under pressure up to 350 psi.</p> |
