<p>The present invention relates to a triplex automatic bonding device and an operating method thereof, and the triplex automatic bonding device includes: a sensor unit for detecting cross units between insulation panels; and a control unit for controlling the amount of glue sprayed on the panels, the driving speed of the triplex automatic bonding device, and the pressure of a pressurizing and compressing plate by generating control data according to signals detected by the sensor unit. The triplex automatic bonding device and the operating method thereof are capable of reducing the working time and making the process easier with the worker not performing an additional roller process on an insulation panel adhesive unit manually, preventing bonding defects on the adhesive unit and glue bubbles caused by the different skill levels of the workers, and achieving uniform adhesion quality and airtightness of the insulation panels by preventing waves on the surface of the triplex. Also, the triplex automatic bonding device is capable of effectively improving the airtightness performance of the front part of a secondary barrier of a gas storage tank by maintaining the size of the glue-spraying area on the cross units of the insulation panels.</p> |
