The present invention relates to a device for polishing the epicenter of a ball of a ball valve comprising a ball fixing part and an epicenter processing part. The ball fixing part is to fix and support the inner surface of both openings of a ball for a ball valve and comprises: a first chuck driven by the rotation of a first driving motor; and a second chuck being in contact with one surface of the ball supported by the first chuck in a state of being separated from the first chuck, and rotated by the rotation of the first chuck. The epicenter processing part polishes the outer surface of the ball to be close to the epicenter while a polishing unit for polishing the outer surface of the ball fixed by the ball fixing part is rotated by a second driving motor in a direction crossed at a right angle to a direction rotated by the first and second chucks. The present invention can drastically extend the life of the valve by grinding and polishing the ball to be close to the epicenter in the grinding and polishing works of the ball for a ball valve and can perfectly prevent fluid from being leaked to a part of being in contact with the outer surface of the ball arranged inside the ball valve by obtaining airtightness and watertightness according to the epicenter of the ball when using the ball valve; thereby obtaining the reliability of a product and the grinding reliability of the epicenter of the ball for a ball valve. |
