The present invention relates to a method to access a semiconductor memory. The access method comprises the steps of printing out row address and activating command to a semiconductor memory; printing out a column address and a read or write command to the semiconductor memory; and printing out a spare access command being synchronized to additive latency based on repair information to the semiconductor memory.
