The present invention provides a component inspection device comprising a device body which has a fixing unit for fixing a component with a preset measurement area; an external inspection unit which is installed on the device body and inspects whether cracks are generated from outside the measurement area; an internal inspection unit which is installed on the device body and inspects whether defects are in the measurement area; and a determination unit which stores an inspection result having a correlation between the cracks and the defects.
