摘要 The present invention relates to a cell surface expression system using autotransporter membrane protein of Pseudomonas putida as a cell surface anchoring motif, and expressing Staphylococcus haemolyticus L62 lipase performing biological catalysis on the surface of a host cell; a method for manufacturing the L62 lipase on the surface of the host cell using the cell surface expression system; and a method of applying the present invention to a bioconversion process such as biodiesel using the L62 lipase expressed on the surface of the host cell. Vitality and stability of the L62 lipase used in the bioconversion process can be maintained, and fatty acid alkyl ester, which is biodiesel, can be efficiently synthesized by using the cell surface expression system according to the present method.
