PURPOSE: An anti-scratch strengthening paint composition is provided to maintain high gloss preservation rate, and to improve the chemical resistance and scratch resistance of a coating film. CONSTITUTION: An anti-scratch strengthening paint composition contains 40-60 wt% of polyester polyol and polycarbonate-modified polyol mixed resin, 10-30 wt% of acrylic resin, 25-45 wt% of solvent, 1-5 wt% of UV stabilizer, 0.05-0.1 wt% of catalyst, and 0.1-0.3 wt% of surface agent. A production method of an anti-scratch coating film for a vehicle exterior component comprises the following steps: coating the anti-scratch strengthening paint composition on the vehicle exterior component in the thickness of 30-50 microns; and low-temperature curing the vehicle exterior component coated with the composition at 70-90°C for 20-60 minutes.
