An engine rotation degradation preventive apparatus using a hydraulic pump maximal horse power control of construction equipment is provided to reduce fuel efficiency and exhaust because degradation of the revolution per minute is reduced in the engine load proliferation. An engine rotation degradation preventive apparatus using a hydraulic pump maximal horse power control of construction equipment comprises a RPM deviation calculation unit(10) which computes the deviation(DeltaN) of the RPM, receiving the RPM of the engine and target RPM of the engine, a primary operation unit which determines the current(I1) of the proportion valve for maximal horse power control of the variable capacity hydraulic pump, a reference load heat detection unit(30) which computes the reference load rate from the proportion valve controlling the pump maximal horse power, and a secondary operation unit(40) which minimizes the pump maximal horse power in low loaded, using the deviation of the current load rate of the engine and the reference load rate. |
