Disclosed is a seawater inflow prevention device of a ship caisson. Embodiments of the present invention provide a seawater inflow prevention device of a ship caisson to prevent seawater from flowing into the ship caisson while a ship is moored alongside a pier. The seawater inflow prevention device of the ship caisson according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a caisson formed under a ship body and a buoyant body blocking a seawater inlet of the caisson.
