The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an insulation tile in which a foamed glass insulation material using waste glasses and a tile are integrated and an insulation tile and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing an insulation tile in which an insulation material and a tile are integrated by forcibly adhering the foamed glass insulation material to the tile using liquid sodium silicate contained as a cross linking agent while the foamed glass insulation material is foamed by a boiling method using microwaves and an insulation tile. The insulation tile manufactured by the method is a nonflammable material as an inorganic material and is produced by a simple batch process at very low prices, thereby being produced with enough cost efficiency. Also, the present invention can reduce raw material costs and can treat wastes by utilizing waste glasses, and enables the mass production of the insulation tiles with excellent properties at the minimum price by manufacturing the insulation tiles with the simple process. |
