A slide module connecting two bodies and a portable terminal equipping the same are provided to include a magnetic force unit and an elastic force unit and supply elastic force and magnetic force in sliding. A second slide member(120) is slid with a first slide member(110). A magnetism unit(130) generates magnetic force which is for the second slide member to the amount end point of the sliding section one point. If the second slide member is broken away from of the task spot, an elastic force unit is elastically transformed. The elastic force unit generates the elastic force for leaning the second slide member to the task spot. |
