The present invention relates to a promoter consisting of a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 and specifically inducing expression in stem apical meristem, leaves, flowers, and pods, and more specifically, to a promoter specifically inducing expression in stem apical meristem, leaves, flowers, and pods, recombinant expression vector comprising the same, and a plant transformed using the recombinant expression vector. A promoter of the present invention specifically induces expression in stem apical meristem, leaves, flowers, and pods thereby specifically expressing a target protein by using the promoter so as to improve the traits of crops. |
