The present invention relates to a guide apparatus for visually handicapped people using short range wireless communication, an azimuth angle sensor, and ultrasonic wave distance detection, the guide apparatus including: fixed bodies (10) fixedly disposed along a sidewalk, for detecting an approaching moving body (T) and wirelessly transmitting azimuth angle information of a next section to the moving body (T); an azimuth angle sensor (20) for detecting a current azimuth angle to which the moving body (T) faces; a calculation control unit (30) for comparing the azimuth angle information received from the fixed body with the current azimuth angle detected by the azimuth angle sensor (20), and calculating a direction deviation value (D); a transmission/reception unit (40) provided in the moving body (T), for receiving azimuth angle information from the fixed body (10) and transmitting the received azimuth angle to the calculation/control unit (30); and an output unit (50) for outputting and transmitting the direction deviation value (D) received from the calculation/control unit (30) or the azimuth angle information of the next section to a visually handicapped person. |
