Provided is a method for detecting multi-fucose glycoproteins. This method for detecting multi-fucose glycoproteins included in a body fluid comprises: (B) a step for bringing, into contact with lectin, a product obtained by eliminating sialic acids linked to sugar chains in the total glycoproteins included in said body fluid; and (D) a step for measuring the amount of presence of multi-fucose glycoproteins that have linked to said lectin. Note that a multi-fucose glycoprotein refers to a glycoprotein that includes, per glycoprotein molecule, at least one N-linked sugar chain including at least two fucoses per sugar chain.
