The present invention relates to: a composition for urinalysis for diagnosing kidney diseases; a kit for urinalysis for diagnosing kidney diseases; a method for detecting a primary cilium separated from kidney tissues or a constituent component thereof or a primary cilium support separated from kidney tissues or a constituent component thereof; and a method for diagnosing the occurrence or the progression of a kidney disease. The composition and the kit for urinalysis of the present invention have the advantage of enabling rapid and simple detection of kidney diseases by detecting, from urine of a patient with a kidney disease, the primary cilium or the support thereof or a protein forming the same.
