<p>According to the present invention, without crushing a liquid crystal display element, a knife penetrates into a side surface of a sealing area bonding an upper plate and a lower plate of the liquid crystal display element and vertically separates a sealing layer so that a glass substrate of a display panel can be reused without losing any portion. In order to recover ITO, before dissolving ITO in a strong acidic solution, metallic organic and inorganic materials are dissolved using an acidic solution to increase the purity of the ITO, and a dispersant is injected into the strong acidic solution to obtain the ITO having refined particles.</p> |
