Provided is a biochip including: a first rotatable circular plate having a plurality of chambers, in which biological reactions occur, in a radial shape; and a second plate provided underneath the first plate and having a plurality of individual fluid injection lines to inject a specimen into each of the chambers and a plurality of unit common fluid injection lines to simultaneously inject the specimen into the chambers, wherein the individual fluid injection lines and the unit common fluid injection lines are cut in a predetermined interval, and when the chambers of the first plate are aligned in a cut region of the individual fluid injection lines or the unit common fluid injection lines according to a rotation of the first plate, the individual fluid injection lines and the unit common fluid injection lines have fluid communication with each other through the chambers.
