The present invention discloses a dissolved air extraction device using centrifugation. The dissolved air extraction device includes: an inlet through which an underwater fluid is supplied; an inner chamber communicating with the inlet to extend in a length direction, in which the supplied fluid forms vortex and moves rearward to generate a bubble column at the center of the vortex; an outlet communicated with a rear portion of the inner chamber to discharge the supplied fluid therethrough; an air collecting part coupling-hole in which an air collecting tube is seated so that an air in the bubble column is discharged out of the inner chamber by the air collecting tube; and an air collecting part including the air collecting tube seated in the air collecting part coupling-hole, a first rotational blade, a second rotational blade, and an air collecting part cover, wherein the first and second rotational blades are disposed on both ends of the air collecting tube, respectively, the first rotational blade is disposed in the inner chamber, one or more air outlets are provided in a portion adjacent to the second rotational blade of the air collecting tube, and the air collecting part cover is disposed on a front portion of the air collecting part coupling-hole such that it accommodates and surrounds the air collecting tube and the second rotational blade. The first rotational blade is driven by the vortex of the supplied fluid and the second rotational blade interlocked with the first rotational blade through the air collecting tube is installed to suction air from the air collecting tube.
