The present invention relates to a separable clip type transparent sound-proof board, including a rectangular transparent board (100); a frame (200) fit onto the edge of the transparent board (100); a fixing cap (300) inserted and fixed onto the frame (200); and a resilient clip (400) engaged to the fixing cap (300) to fix the transparent board to the frame (200) by a resilient force. The resilient clip (400) has an intermediate arc-shaped portion (420) of which the inner center is brought into close contact with an end of a balancing protrusion (370) provided on the fixing cap (300), and the outer side is resiliently inserted into an opening (250) of the frame (200), a locking end (440) formed on one side of the intermediate arc-shaped portion (420) and locked to the inside of the fixing cap (300), and a close supporting end (460) positioned at the other side of the intermediate arc-shaped portion (420), and of which the end supports the inner wall of the fixing cap (300) so that the fixing cap (300) generates the resilient force to the transparent board (100) and to be brought into contact with the transparent board. The frame is easily engaged to or disengaged from the edge of the transparent board by the fixing cap, and the fixing state of the transparent plate to the frame is reliably maintained by the resilient support of the resilient clip. |
