The present invention relates to a lead electrode and a preparation method therefor. The lead electrode comprises an inner binding post, a lead and an outer binding post which are connected in sequence. The lead comprises an insulated substrate, and a colloid material covered on the insulated substrate, and a grooved grid is arranged on the colloid material, and the lead also comprises a conducting material filled in the grooved grid; the included angle formed between a grid line of the grooved grid and a demolding direction is 0-90º. Since the included angle formed between the grid line and the demolding direction is small, and little glue is in the included angle, only a little colloid material will be adhered onto a mold during demolding, so that residual colloid material can be avoided. |
