The present invention relates to a DNA marker for checking improvement of porcine meat quality comprised of 15 to 800 continuous sequences including 474th C base in nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1 and a SNP analysis kit for checking improvement of porcine meat quality by using the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to check whether meat quality, such as a porcine muscle fibers llb composition, pH45min, drip loss, etc., is improved in DNA level so that by early selecting objects which meat quality is improved, breeding, and producing, the present invention can be effectively used for developing high quality meat with improved quality. |
