The present invention is to provide an insulation material composition comprising a water-repellent inorganic binder, silica aerogel, an inorganic hollow object, and an additive; a composition for plastering gained through base-coating-processing the same; and a method for manufacturing the insulation material composition. A water-repellent and nonflammable insulation material composition according to the present invention contains 75 to 85 wt% of a water-repellent inorganic binder, 2 to 6 wt% of silica aerogel, 3 to 12 wt% of an inorganic hollow object, and 1 to 10 wt% of an additive. |
