The present invention relates to a cathode for a lithium sulfur battery, a lithium sulfur battery including the same, and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to a cathode for lithium sulfur battery comprising a carbon material having large specific surface area, a lithium sulfur battery including the same, and a method for manufacturing the same. The cathode for a lithium sulfur battery includes a carbon material having 100 m^2/g or more specific surface area, and a hollow carbon material. The cathode for a lithium sulfur battery according to the present invention includes the carbon material having large specific surface area to significantly improve the capacity of the lithium sulfur battery to provide the lithium sulfur battery with excellent capacity properties.
