The present invention relates to a system and a method for inspecting an irradiation angle of a vehicle headlight and, more particularly, to a system and a method for inspecting an irradiation angle of a vehicle headlight, in which an irradiation angle of irradiation light of a headlight assembled during a vehicle front headlight manufacturing process is measured and the measured irradiation angle image is compared to a reference image for determination on headlight irradiation angle normality. The system for inspecting an irradiation angle of a vehicle headlight according to the present invention includes a headlight that emits light at a previously stored angle; a screen where the irradiation light that is emitted from the headlight is collected; a camera that images the irradiation light on the screen at least twice at different exposure time points; a storage unit where a headlight irradiation angle reference image is stored; a signal processing unit that receives the image captured by the camera, synthesizes at least two images, and generates a single image; and a determination unit that compares the single image generated by the signal processing unit to the reference image stored in the storage unit so as to determine on headlight irradiation angle abnormality. |
