<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing an ECU of construction equipment from being stolen, which apparatus includes: a frequency signal generator for generating the unique frequency signal of the construction equipment; and a controller provided in the ECU for controlling a drive start unit of the construction equipment to be released from locking if the unique frequency signal of the equipment generated from the frequency signal generator is equal to the unique frequency signal preset in the ECU, or to be locked if the unique frequency signal of the equipment generated from the frequency signal generator is not equal to the unique frequency signal preset in the ECU, whereby the ECU is prevented from being operated for every other equipment, but may only be operated for the combination of the equipment and the ECU corresponding with each other, thus preventing the theft.</p> |
