<p>The present invention relates to a cosmetic contact lens upper mold fixing device. The device comprises: a mold jig having an inner fixing part (110) and a lower close-contact part (120). The inner fixing part (110) comprises: an extension jig (111) for fixing or releasing the inside of an upper mold (101); a taper pin (112) coupled to the inside of the extension jig (111) to extend the extension jig (111); and an air cylinder (114) coupled to the lower end of the taper pin (112) to raise and lower the taper pin (112). The lower close-contact part (120) comprises: a lower pad part (121) of which the upper surface is in contact with the lower part of the upper mold (101); and a fixing plate (123) on which the lower surface of the lower pad part (121) is installed, wherein the fixing plate (123) has a groove in the center thereof so that the lower part of the extension jig (111) is inserted into the groove, and the taper pin (112) vertically penetrates the groove, and wherein a spring (113) is installed between the lower part of the extension jig (111) and the bottom surface of the groove. Accordingly, when the taper pin (112) is lowered by a descending movement of the air cylinder (114), the extension jig (111) extends to fix the inside of the upper mold (101), and when the taper pin (112) continuously moves downwardly, the upper mold (101) in a fixed state is lowered to the lower pad part (121) of the lower close-contact part (120) so that the cosmetic contact lens upper mold fixing device according to the present invention can more accurately fix the position of the upper mold.</p> |
