[Solution] This strain measurement device comprises: a first electrode body including a tubular electrode; a second electrode body including a rod-shaped electrode that is inserted in said tubular electrode; a first insulating member that surrounds the periphery of said first electrode body such that said rod-shaped electrode is inserted in said tubular electrode; a second insulating member that surrounds the periphery of said second electrode body such that said rod-shaped electrode is inserted in said tubular electrode; a first metallic member that, in order to attach said first electrode body to an object to be measured, surrounds the periphery of said first insulating member between said first insulating member and said object to be measured such that said rod-shaped electrode is inserted in said tubular electrode; and a second metallic member that, in order to attach said second electrode body to said object to be measured, surrounds the periphery of said second insulating member between said second insulating member and said object to be measured such that said rod-shaped electrode is inserted in said tubular electrode.
