The present invention relates to single strand DNA specifically binding to food poisoning bacteria and provides a single strand DNA aptamer comprising any one or more sequences selected from the group consisting of sequence number 4 to 10 to detect Salmonella Enteritidis. The single strand DNA aptamer is structurally stable and easy to artificially synthesize, and chemically useful modifications are applicable to each sequence, thereby being useful as a novel next generation diagnostic probe for a food poisoning bacterium, Salmonella Enteritidis. |
