The present invention relates to a producing method capable of standardizing the quality of apple extracts products and a substandardization detection method, which provides a method of evaluating the quality of the apple extracts. The present invention relates ton the quality evaluation of the apple extracts using an alcohol fermentation process and the method for detecting the excellent quality of the apple extracts by standardizing an organic sugar, organic acid, and mineral content of the apple extracts. |
