Provided is a buckle type nut assembly (100), comprising: a nut body (110), a side wall (114) of the nut body (110) having a convex wing (115); and a tubular part (120), an outer wall (123) of the tubular part (120) having a flange (126) which is circumferentially arranged, wherein the tubular part (120) is provided with a limiting groove (125) which axially extends from one end thereof and penetrates through the plane of the upper end face (1261) and the plane of the lower end surface (1262) of the flange (126); one end of the limiting groove (125) is open, and the other end thereof is closed; the wing (115) of the nut body (110) enters the limiting groove (125) from the open end of the limiting groove (125), and the wing (115) extends out of the limiting groove (125) so that the nut body (110) is limited in the tubular part (120); and a spacing exists between the upper end face (1151) of the wing (115) and the lower end face (1262) of the flange(126). The nut assembly (100) replaces a projection welded nut with a buckle type nut, has the advantages of both convenience in connection for a buckle and high connection strength and reusability for a nut, and also avoids the thermal deformation of a connected part due to welding.
