The embodiment of the invention discloses an information retrieval method and system. The information retrieval method comprises the following steps of: receiving information to be retrieved, which is input by a user; and judging whether the information to be retrieved is legal, retrieving the legal information to be retrieved by combining a preestablished node tree, giving out a retrieval result and giving out commodity information corresponding to the information to be retrieved according to the retrieval result. According to information retrieval method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the legal information to be retrieved is stringified by combining the preestablished node tree and then compared character by character and can give the retrieval result after the maximum comparison is finished, therefore rapid and accuracy retrieval is achieved and the retrieval efficiency and accuracy are greatly improved. |
