<p>The present invention relates to the field of cancer. More specifically, the present invention provides methods and compositions useful for diagnosing and treating MYC-driven tumors. In one embodiment, a method for treating a cancer associated with MYC in a patient comprises the step of administering a glutamine metabolism inhibitor to the patient. In specific embodiments, the cancer associated with MYC is medulloblastoma, glioblastoma or a primitive neuroectodermal tumor.</p> |
