METHOD FOR DETECTING NEOPLASMS IN THE MAMMARY GLAND AND MAMMOGRAPHY UNIT

The method is based on the use of electrical impedance measurements. The mammography unit implementing the method is characterized by increased simplicity in use, degree of comfort for the patient and absolute radiological and electrical safety. Both subjects of the group of inventions make it possible to produce a novel product for the market, namely a domestic mammography unit for household use. Such a product can be used as an instrument for prophylactic medicine which ensures early detection of cancer of the mammary gland in women.
