A porous manganese lithium phosphate-carbon composite material, preparation method and application thereof; a plurality of nanopores are distributed in the composite material, and the composite material comprises a manganese lithium phosphate material and 0.1%-30wt.% of carbon, the carbon at least originating from amorphous carbon, a carbon nano tube or a carbon nanofiber; the preparation method comprises: mixing a porous pyrophosphate material with a doped metal source, a lithium source, phosphate and a carbon source and drying the mixture to obtain a reaction precursor; then calcining the reaction precursor at a constant temperature in a protective atmosphere to yield the composite material. The manganese lithium phosphate material comprises a compound having a general formula of LiMnxM1-xPO4; the porous pyrophosphate material comprises a compound having a general formula of (MnxM1-x)2P2O7 and 0%-50wt.% of carbon, wherein M comprises a transition metal element, and 0.6≤x≤1. When applied in a battery, for example when used as an anode material of a lithium-ion secondary battery, the composite material has a high specific capacity, rate capability and tap density. In addition, the composite material has low carbon content, high active material content, and a simple preparation method for easy mass production. |
