摘要 Setting the phase constant of a first mode for transmission in the forward direction to &bgr;p and the phase constant of a second mode for transmission in the reverse direction to &bgr;m, near the intersection point of the dispersion curve indicating the relation between the phase constant &bgr;p and the operating angular frequency, and the dispersion curve indicating the relation between the phase constant &bgr;m and the operating angular frequency, the electrical lengths La and Lb of stub conductors (13A, 13B) are configured such that the function of the nonreciprocal phase shift amount &bgr;NR=(&bgr;p-&bgr;m)/2 with respect to the operating angular frequency approximates that function of the nonreciprocal phase shift amount &bgr;NR with respect to the operating angular frequency when beam squint does not occur, beam squint being the phenomenon in which the direction of emission of electromagnetic waves from the nonreciprocal transmission line device (70F) changes with the frequency.
