The present invention includes an outer grip; an inner grip that is inserted into and fixed to an inner portion of the outer grip, has a screwing portion formed in an inner circumferential surface, and is screw-coupled with a shaft fastening tool inserted inside; a shaft where a shaft fastening tool having a screwing portion formed outside is fixed to and coupled with an upper end for screw-coupling with the screwing portion of the inner grip and a head fastening tool having a screwing portion formed in an outer circumferential surface is fixed to and coupled with a lower end for screw-coupling with a weight adjuster; and a head where a screwing portion is formed in an inner circumferential surface for insertion and screw-coupling of the head fastening tool and a screw fastening tool is formed at a lower end for screw-coupling with the weight adjuster. According to the present invention, a central fastening member and a first extension member or a second extension member are additionally screw-coupled between not only the weight of the swing practice, that is, a club but also respective members of the inner grip, and the length of the club and the length of the shaft formed of an elastic member such as high-elasticity urethane, carbon, fiber glass, and high-strength plastic can be adjusted to suit the sex, age, physical condition, and the like of a practicing person. Accordingly, the practicing person can redouble his or her swing exercise effect without stretching his or her body. |
