A psychotherapeutic conversation is held every day, as well as walks of 30-40 minutes 2-3 times per day and gymnastics according to the Japanese system of Nishi. Beginning the second day of fasting, over the course of 16 days, every day at 7:30 the patient is administered 1/3 of a teaspoon of plant organic sorbent in a glass of water, which, a half-hour later, is followed by drinking a glass of water.
