<p>The present invention relates to an LED-lens-shaping injection mould adapted to improve product quality by using a heater to rapidly increase the temperature of the mould and maintain same at a constant temperature when an LED lens is formed by means of an injection method. To this end, the LED-lens-shaping injection mould of the present invention comprises: a fixed-side template for forming a surface on one side of the LED lens; a core for forming the surface on the other side of the LED lens and for forming a cavity corresponding to the LED lens in association with the fixed-side template; a sprue bush provided in the fixed-side template and formed so as to have a runner passing through to the cavity; a fixed disk positioned on the upper side of the fixed-side template and having the sprue bush linked thereto; a location ring provided in the fixed disk so as to link with an injection apparatus of which the nozzle passes through to the sprue bush; a moving-side template supporting the core and provided so as to be able to move vertically; a receiving plate supporting the moving-side template; a spacer block provided on the upper side of a lower support plate, and supporting the receiving plate; and a plurality of heaters respectively provided in the receiving plate and the fixed disk linked to the fixed-side template.</p> |
