<p>Disclosed are a transaction method and system for a smart card having an electronic signature function. The method comprises: the smart card accesses a terminal, receives a transaction packet, generates a joint password, generates a signature packet on the basis of the transaction packet, and transmits the joint password and the signature packet to the terminal; the terminal acquires an authentication password and authenticates same, and, when the authentication passes, transmits the transaction packet and the signature packet to a background service server; the authentication password is a joint password inputted via a keyboard of the terminal, or a joint password acquired by the terminal by scanning information displayed by the smart card, or a joint password acquired by the terminal from the smart card by means of contactless communication; and, the background system server authenticates the signature packet, and, when the authentication passes, executes a transaction operation on the basis of the transaction packet.</p> |
