The cell (1) has a base (10) comprising a light input window (31), and a light sensor (51) housed inside the base, where the sensor is rotated toward the window. A demarcation element (40) housed inside the base defines a truncated channel (41A) for passage of light flux received by the sensor. The demarcation element is opened toward the window, and includes a main axis (A1) forming an angle (B1) of 45 degrees with a midplane of the window to 5 degrees. The element has a funnel (41) where inner face of the funnel defines the channel.
