Disclosed are an anti-scattering film with excellent optical and scratch-resistant properties and a method for manufacturing the same. The anti-scattering film according to the present invention comprises: a transparent film; and a hard coating layer formed on the top of the transparent film, wherein the hard coating layer comprises 1-30 parts by weight of inorganic nanoparticles, 1-70 parts by weight of a UV-curable acrylate resin, 1-15 parts by weight of a photoinitiator, and 0.2-5 parts by weight of azo-based dyes, with respect to 100 parts by weight of solids. |
