<p>Disclosed is a hybrid UV curing device capable of dispersing heat concentrated in the surroundings of a UV light emitting module, and of improving the reliability of the UV curing. The disclosed hybrid UV curing device comprises the UV light emitting module; a body to dispose the UV light emitting module on one surface and having a light emitting portion of which UV light is emitted; and an air knife unit installed on the body, wherein the air knife unit is disposed on the edge of the light emitting portion. Therefore, the hybrid UV curing device of the present invention is formed with the air knife unit integrally, and can prevent damage to a target by dispersing the heat concentrated in the surroundings of the hybrid UV curing device, simplify the construction of the UV curing device, remove foreign matter in the target, and improve the reliability of the UV curing at the same time.</p> |
