A codebook determination method and an information feedback method and device. For the precoding of differential double codebooks, the method comprises: setting N1 code words in a second codebook, so as to enable the compound code words obtained by the product of the code words in the second codebook and a first codebook to meet corresponding antenna configurations, N1 being greater than or equal to 16. Alternatively, for the precoding of GoB double codebooks, the method comprises: the code words in a first codebook is : where D1 and D2 are respectively a unitary diagonal matrix, and are respectively used for weighting each row of and each column of elements of a matrix X, where X contains Nb column vectors; and Nb indicates the number of beams contained in the code words of the first codebook. The embodiments of the present invention can be applicable to various antenna configurations.
