A heating and hot water supply device comprising: a heat pump-type heating device (2) that boils hot water by using the heating action of a refrigerant flowing through a refrigerant cycle; heat exchangers (7, 8) for heating, into which hot water heated by the heat pump-type heating device flows and then discharges heat into the surrounds; a heat exchanger (39) for hot water supply or a tank (3), into which flows hot water heated by the heat pump-type heating device, in order to generate hot water-supply water; ventilation devices (4, 24, 70) that have heat exchange units (40, 41) that exchange heat between indoor air and outdoor air, that exhaust indoor air after heat exchange to outside, and which supply outdoor air after heat exchange to indoors; and flow rate adjustment units (5, 56, 57) capable of splitting hot water heated by the heat pump-type heating device into hot water to flow into the heat exchangers for heating and hot water to flow into the heat exchanger for hot water supply or the tank. |
