A branched covered stent, conveying system comprising same and manufacturing method thereof, the branched covered stent comprising a main body (100) and a side branch (200); at least one portion of the side branch (200) closest to the main body (100) is not stitched to the cover of the side branch from the lower end to the upper end in a folding direction. After the branched covered stent is implanted, the root of the side branch is effectively supported, thus maximizing the expansion of the side branch when released even if the positioning of the stent is slightly inaccurate.
