This method for producing a needle-equipped outer tube involves performing: a preheating step for heating to a temperature at or below the softening point of the material for forming an outer-tube member (2), while a joining member (4), in which a hollow needle (3) is inserted into a needle insertion hole (42), is in a state of insertion into the tip-connecting part (22) of the outer-tube member (2); and a joining-member adhesion step for, after the preheating step, heating and adhering the joining member (4) to the tip-connecting part (22) of the outer-tube member (2) while a pressing member (17) presses the tip-side tube section (43) of the joining member (2) in the rearward direction of the joining member (4) at a pressure of 4-30N. |
