<p>The present invention relates to a roller pivot structure arranged inside a rail (R) mounted in a door frame (F) so as to be interposed between a damper assembly (10) for damping the impact caused by the opening and closing of the door and a pair of fixed bodies (26) formed protruding from one side of the damper assembly (10) so as to face each other, which structure includes: a roller body (42) for connecting a plurality of components; an adjustment bolt fixing hole (44) vertically formed through the roller body (42) with a screw thread formed in the inside surface thereof; an adjustment bolt (46) screwed fixedly in the adjustment bolt fixing hole (44) with one side fastened to the door (D); wheel support parts (52) formed protruding respectively from both sides of the roller body (42), one of the support parts being fixedly inserted between the pair of fixed bodies (26); a circular fastening hole (54) formed through the wheel support parts (52); a connection hole (28) formed through the fixing bodies (26) so as to be coaxial with the fastening hole (54); and a fastening member (58) inserted through the connection hole (28) and the fastening hole (54) so as to enable the wheel support parts (52) connected to the fixed bodies (26) to pivot. The roller pivot structure according to the present invention enables a worker to shorten the connection length of the damper assembly and the roller by simple operation, simplifying the installation of the damper assembly and the roller in the rail. In addition, the shortened connection length of the damper assembly and the roller reduces the length of the checking rail attached to the upper end of the door frame, thus improving the workability of the rail and the checking rail. Also, the shortened length of the checking rail improves the operability of the checking rail so as to decrease the working time, making the roller connected to the damper assembly pivot by simple operation, thereby improving the working efficiency.</p> |
