<p>Embodiments of the present invention disclose a communications method and a communications apparatus integrating instant messaging and email communication. The communications method comprises: receiving a communications message from a sender, and determining whether a receiver is in an on-line status according to a login status of the receiver; if the receiver is in the on-line status, sending the communications message to the receiver in an instant messaging mode; and if the receiver is in an off-line status, sending the communications message to the receiver in an email mode.</p> |
